Apricot Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of (approximately 12 to 15) of diced fresh Apricots
- 1 cup of fresh Pineapple chopped into very small pieces
- 1/4 cup of diced JalapeƱo Peppers
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped Shallot
- juice from 1 large Lemon
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon of freshly ground Black Pepper
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Let the mix set for a short while to let the flavors blend, then eat all of it while it is still fresh.
