Hot Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons of dry Yellow Mustard Powder
1 teaspoon of fresh grated Horseradish
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of White Pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric
2 teaspoons of Hot Water
1 teaspoon of Seasame Seed Oil
1 teaspoon of Rice Vinegar

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients throughly.

Adjust ingredients to taste. Keep in mind that Vinegar tends to mute the Mustard's intensity.

Let the Mustard sauce sit and blend before serving.
